摘要
抑郁症(major depressive disorder,MDD)以情感低落或兴趣减退为主要临床特征,并伴有认知、行为、生物学紊乱和躯体症状。抑郁症的终身患病率为15%~17%,年患病率6%~7%,全球患者高达3.4亿。抑郁症患者中约60%伴有自杀观念或自杀行为,约15%~25%的抑郁症患者自杀死亡。目前,抑郁症已成为世界第4位致残性疾病,且预计2020年将跃居到第2位。抑郁症已经成为全球主要的公共卫生问题,但其病因尚不清楚,有关抑郁症的药物治疗也受到公众的质疑。现就抑郁症的病因学和治疗学的研究进展作一综述。
