摘要
在生产实践中发现,一些中碳合金结构钢工件渗氮后的硬度与其调质硬度之间有一定的对应关系,也即调质硬度低,将导致渗氮后的硬度也偏低。从渗氮层组织结构的角度分析了42CrMo等合金结构钢渗氮硬度与调质硬度之间的关系。
It was discovered in the practical production that there was a corresponding relationship between the hardness after nitriding and the hardness after quenching and tempering for certain medium carbon alloy steels, that is to say, the lower hardness after quenching and tempering will result in the lower hardness after nitring. The above-mentioned relationship was analyzed from the angle of microstructures in nitrided case of 42CrMo steel and other alloy structural steels.
