摘要
采用空冷系统代替水冷系统对淬火介质进行冷却,由二次换热改为一次换热,能够显著提高冷却能力。阐述了淬火介质空气冷却器的结构、工作原理及应用状况。应用结果表明,空气冷却器具有节电、节水及有利于环境保护的特点。
The water cooling system for the quenching medium was replaced by an air cooler, so that double heat exchange become one heat exchange. The structure, the working principle and its applications for the cooler were explained in the paper. The application results showed that the air cooler is electricity and water saving, as well as in favor of environment protection.
