摘要
严重烧伤后出现的胰岛素抵抗,不但加重烧伤病程中的代谢紊乱,影响创面愈合,而且使感染和多器官功能障碍的发生率增高。其发生的原因可能是胰岛素受体前、受体及受体后多环节障碍的综合作用,目前防治措施有限。现针对严重烧伤后胰岛素抵抗发生机制和干预措施进行探讨,以期提高大面积烧伤的救治水平。
Insulin resistance (IR) after severe burning may aggravate metabolic disturbance, delay wound healing and increase the probability of infection and MODS. The mechanism of IR maybe the combined defects of insulin biological effects at pre-receptor ,receptor and post receptor levels. This article reviewed the mechanism and intervention of postburn IR in order to provide data to improve the treatment for extensive burn.
