摘要 核因子κB(NF-κB)是一种核蛋白,能与体内多种细胞基因启动子部位相结合,在机体的免疫功能、炎性反应和凋亡调控等方面发挥多向性调节作用,其在多种疾病中的作用已日益受到人们的重视。近年来的研究证实,NF-κB与急性胰腺炎关系密切,成为一个新的研究热点。 NF-KB is a kind of neucleoprotein with pleiotropic accommodation roles, which can combine with many promoters in vivo and plays important roles in immune function,inflammatory reaction and apoptosis-regulatory. Many scholars have played much attention in the roles of NF-KB in many diseases in the past few years. NF-KB has been demonstrated to be closely related to acute pancreatitis,and has been a new research warm spots.
