摘要
近年来,三维培养技术逐渐成为细胞培养领域研究的热点,其利用各种方法及材料,使细胞呈空间立体方式生长,使其更接近于体内生长模式,形成类似体内组织的结构,发挥其功能。由于该项技术既有利于诱导各类细胞的分化定向及分化后表型的维持和增殖,又有望在体外构建与各类组织、器官相应的细胞三维生长类似物或等同物,因此,细胞三维培养技术对组织工程学和临床应用都有重要意义。现就三维培养技术的研究进展作一综述。
Three-dimensional cell culture has been a focus of the cell culture in recent years. Using various methods and materials,the cells grow in three-dimentional way to get in growth pattern like the cells in vivo,form the stricture similar to vivo organization and to display its function better. Since the technology has advantages of the induction of directed differentiation of all types of cells and the maintenance and proliferation after the differentiation, and the construction of the three-dimentional analogue or identity outside the body corresponding to the tissues and organs,it is of great importance to tissue engineering and clinical pracrice. This paper reviewed the progress in three-dimensional culture technology research.
