摘要
本文通过不同线密度的精梳涤棉纱与其质量指标的实验关系,得到如下几点结论:①长片段变异系数与纱条线密度大小无关:②细纱疵点数与条干、单强、伸长变异系数随线密度的增大而减小,其关系可用1gy=a+b x表达;③细纱的强力、伸长与断裂功随线密度的增大而增大,其关系可用y=a+b/x或y=a+bx表达。
Based on the experimental data relationships between the densities and qualities ofcombed polyester/cotton blend yarns, this paper gives the following conclusions, 1. Theyarn count variation has no connection with the yarn densties; 2. The number of yarn fa-ults and CV values of evenness, single-yarn-strength, elongation of spun yarn all will re-duce with the incresing of the density. This can be expressed by the formula lg y = a + bx;3. The strength, elongation and work done to break of yarn will increase when densitiesof yarn be increased. This can be expressed by the formula y = a + b/x or y = a + bx.
