摘要
为了提高对腹膜后纤维化的认识和诊治效果，总结１９７９年１１月～１９９５年６月收治腹膜后纤维化患者１６例，男７例，女９例。年龄２４～７０岁，平均４４岁。原发性者１１例，继发于恶性肿瘤者５例。手术治疗１１例，术后加用激素治疗，原发性者预后良好，继发于恶性者死亡４例。对本病的诊断和治疗进行了讨论。
From Nov. 1979 to June 1995,16 cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis were treated ,11 of them being primary fibrosis and 5 secondary to malignant tumors.7 of the patients were male and 9 female ,the age ranging from 24 to 70 with a mean of 44 .Surgical intervention was undertaken in 11 with postoperative administration of corticosteroids.The prognosis of primary retroperitoneal fibrosis has been good while it was very poor in fibrosis secondary to malignancy ,4 out of 5 being already dead .The diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal fibrosis were discussed.
