摘要 邹县发电厂#7炉双进双出钢球式磨煤机一次风粉管道存在积粉的问题,根据运行中燃烧器入口一次风温度偏低的情况,结合锅炉现状,从设计、安装以及煤炭质量等角度,分析了影响一次风温度变化以及一次风管道积粉的原因,提出了预防的措施和建议。 There was the problem of pulverized coal deposition in the primary air pipe of dual inlet and outlet ball mill of ^#7 boiler in Zouxian Power Plant, and the primary air inlet temperature was on low side. The present situation of the boiler was examined concern with design, installation, coal quality and other factors. Thus the causes of the coal deposition and lower temperature mentioned above were analyzed, and some preventive measures as well as suggestions were proposed in this article.
