摘要
分析了计算机防护盖冲压工艺,设计了相应级进模排样方案和模具结构,阐述了模具结构特点及主要零件和关键工位设计应注意的问题,并给出了解决措施。
A progressive die for a computer protective cover was developed based on an analysis on the stamping process. The layout design and the characteristic of die structure were presented, as well as the points in designing the main components and key service-positions. The measures were proposed for solving the problems .
