摘要
利用非等温TG在不同线性升温速率下研究了水胶炸药的热分解特性,用Owaza法处理了实验数据,得到了部分热分解动力学参数。结果表明:水胶炸药热分解过程经历了两个分解失重阶段,三级煤矿许用水胶炸药的热稳定性好于岩石水胶炸药,因此认为水胶炸药具有较高的热安全性。
The thermal decomposition of water gel explosives has been investigated by means of non-isothermal TG at various rates and parties of kinetics parameters of the reaction for water gel explosives are calculated by Ozawa's method. The result shows that the process of thermal decomposition of water gel explosives comes through two phases of decomposition and the thermal stability of coal mine permissible water gel explosives is better than that of rock water gel explosives in course of actual production and application. Therefore, we can believe that water gel explosive has a better thermal safety.
