摘要
为了在细观大学的空穴扩张比参量的基础上建立压力容器中常见的表面凹坑、机械切口、焊缝咬边等缺陷韧性断裂的安全评定方法,本文提出采用缺口张一开位移作为宏观的工程断裂参量、在用含轴向缺口的模型容器作实验研究的基础上,分析了单百缺口的变形特点,并进行了大变形弹塑性有限元分析。
In order to devise a safety estimation method for the ductile fracture often found in pres-sure vessels,such as surface pits,mechanical notches and welding bites,based on the meso-mechanical parameter of void expansion ratio,this paper suggests adopting the notch COD(crack opening displacement) as a macro engineering fracture parameter. On the basis of ex-periments on a model vessel with an axial notch,an analysis is made of the deformation fea-tures of a single notch. Elastoplastic finite element analysis of large deformation has alsobeen carried out.
