摘要
目的:探讨风险管理在平战时静脉输液训练中的运用。方法:定时对护士进行平战时静脉输液风险管理培训,坚持"战时谋打赢、平时保持零缺陷"的原则,持续操作技术质量改进,识别、分析、确认风险因素,制定和实施平战结合静脉输液训练流程和操作规范。结果:护士风险意识增强,自2005年3月大联勤以来在日常操作、技术比武、野营拉练中,均未发生技术差错、事故。结论:规范平战结合静脉输液训练中的风险管理是提高救护技术安全的保障。
Objective ： To discuss the application of risk management during the training of vein transfusion. Methods： To do regular training of risk management of vein transfusion to nurses. To lay down and implement norm training and operation flow of vein transfusion in peace and war time. Results： The mind of risk has enhanced greatly. There was no technique error and accident in daily operation, technique competition and field training. Conclusion ： It is norm risk management of vein training that is an important security guarantee for medical rescue.
