摘要
目的探讨安徽省无偿献血人群的生理和心理健康状况及其相关因素,为进一步推动和完善无偿献血工作提供科学依据。方法采用现况研究方法,选择5个有代表性的城市(皖南:黄山市和巢湖市,皖中:合肥市,皖北:宿州市和亳州市)共计978名无偿献血者进行调查,应用自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)、自编无偿献血者行为自评量表等对献血者进行健康、行为和知识等方面的调查。结果首次献血人数为558人,占57.1%,献血≥2次者420人,占42.9%;首次献血者中,文化层次在大专及以上的约占85.1%,≥2次献血者中,具有大专及以上文化程度者约占91.0%;学生组首次献血和再次献血的比例最高,分别占78.32%和63.10%;献血人员自测健康总均分为347.95±43.92,自测生理健康子量表均分为143.54±16.40,自测心理健康子量表均分为110.59±22.89,自测社会健康子量表均分为94.51±13.78。结论安徽省无偿献血队伍中以学生和文化层次较高的人群为主,应大力加强无偿献血工作的宣传,特别是在基层地区以及其他职业人群中的宣传,以建立一支重复的固定无偿献血者队伍,从源头上保证临床输血安全、有效。
OBJECTIVE To explore the situation of physical and mental health and related factors among voluntary blood donors in Anhui Province in order to provide scientific basis to the improvement of voluntary blood donation. METHODS Taking the method to study the situation of blood donors, and selecting five representative cities （the 4 southern part of Anhui： Huangshan and Chaohu, the central part of Anhui：Hefei and the northern part of Anhui.. Suzhou and Bozhou）. Totally 978 blood donors were investigated by SRHMS and detected their heahh, behavior and knowledge. RESULTS There were 558 （57. 1 %）first time donors, with 85. 1% of higher educational level, and other 420 （42.9%） donated blood more than two times, with 91.0% of higher educational level. They all were mainly students （78. 320/00 vs 63.10%）. The total equipartition score of volunteer blood donators on heahh was 347.95± 43. 92, it was 143. 54 ± 16.40 on physiological health, 110. 59 ± 22. 89 on psycho-heahh, and 94. 51±13. 78 on social heahh. CONCLUSIONS Nowadays the volunteer blood donors are mainly from the students and the people with higher cuhural level in Anhui Province. We should strengthen the propaganda on the work of volunteer blood donation, especially in other Provincial areas and among people with other occupations. Establishing a permanent group of volunteer blood donation can ensure the transfusion safety from beginning.
