系统介绍了漳卫南运河洪水预报调度信息系统的组成结构和功能设计，这一系统将作为水利部的一个示范工程推广应用。
Based on the Zhangweinan Canal Base,the management information system for flood forecast and control is designed,which is an example system of China.The network datalase de sign and system function structure are described in datail.
