摘要
为了解决螺纹联接件装配拧紧过程中螺栓预紧力控制,以及现有拧紧系统的柔性差和快速维修难等问题,介绍了一种基于模块化设计理念的螺栓(母)自动拧紧机的机械结构设计。在系统控制原理和拧紧机工作过程介绍基础上,对系统模块组成结构,以及机械系统的主机箱、拧紧轴的关键环节做出了结构分析,并对动力源、传感器等的选购进行了讨论。
To solve the problem of the pre -tightening force control during the screw thread part is fastened, as well as the problem of the flexibleness and rapid repair to automatic tighte ning machine, the mechanism design of the machine applied modularization idea is put forward. First, the principle of the system control and the work process of the machine is introduced. Then, the machinery framework of the main - box and tightening - axis is analyzed. At last, the selection of electromotor and sensor is discussed.
