摘要 以胜利90号为基质沥青,SBS胶乳为改性剂,采用二次热混合法制备改性乳化沥青。通过考察乳化剂用量及其水溶液的pH值、稳定荆的种类及其用量对改性乳化沥青储存稳定性的影响,得出结论:乳化剂的最佳用量为1%;其水溶液的pH值为5~6;无机类和有机类稳定剂复配后对体系的稳定效果好,用量为0.2%。SBS胶乳的颗粒大小及其密度是否与乳化沥青的匹配是影响SBS颗粒在体系中均匀分散的关键因素。 It was taking Shenli number 90 as base asphalt and SBS latex as modifier, and uses the method of twice heat mixing preparing modified asphalt emulsion. It was investigated the influence with the dosage of emulsifier and the pH value, the type and dosage of stabilizers to stability of SBS modified asphalt emulsion. The results showed that the emulsifier dosage was 1 % ; pH value was 5 -6; the mixing of inorganic and organic stabilizers having the best effect to modified asphalt emulsion's stability and the dosage of stabilizers was 0. 2 %. That the diameter of SBS granule and density is matching with those of asphalt emulsion or not is the key factor about decentralization.
