摘要
本文就摩擦纺纱的摩擦辊径向跳动,对纺纱强力的影响进行了讨论。通过理论分析、静压测定和纺纱试验,证明了摩擦辊径向跳动导致正在加捻的须条跳动和尘笼胆内静压变化,从而影响加捻的稳定性,降低成纱强力。
In this paper, the effect of the radial vibration of friction drum on friction spun yarnstrength as been discussed. After theoretical calculation, measurement of static pressureand spinning tests, it was oncluded that the radial vibration of friction drum would causethe jump of twisting strand and the change f tatic pressure in the suction insert of theperforated drum, which, therefore, causes instability of the wisting and reduces yarnstrength.
