摘要
目的探讨豚鼠到大鼠异种腹腔心脏移植模型建立的技巧。方法改进了供受体的麻醉、供心的摘取、受体腹腔血管的准备、心肌保护及血管吻合技术,建立66例豚鼠到大鼠异种腹腔心脏移植模型。结果豚鼠到大鼠异种腹腔心脏移植的成功率达90.91%,缩短了手术时间。结论通过技术的提高,提高了豚鼠到大鼠异种心脏移植的成功率。
Objective To improve the technique of establishing animal model for abdominal heterotopic cardiac xenotransplantation from cavys to rats. Methods Sixty-six animal models of heterotopic cardiac xenotransplantation from cavys to rats were established by improving the anesthesia management, donor cardiectomy, preparation of celiac vessel, myocardial protection and microsurglcal technique of vascular anastomosis. Results The success rate of abdominal heterotopic cardiac xenotransplantation from cavys to rats was 90. 91%. Conclusion The success rate of establishing animal models for abdominal heterotopic cardiac xenotransplantation from cavys to rats can be increased by improving the conventional technique.
