摘要
以单体转化率65%合成SBR为目的,研究了三种硫醇n-C_(?)H_(17)SH、n-C_(10)H_(21)SH和t-C_(12)H_(25)SH分批加入(增量法)对Bd-St乳聚的影响。结果表明,硫醇的调节活性顺序为n-C_8H_(17)SH>n-C_(10)H_(21)SH>t-C_(12)H_(25)SH;选择适宜的硫醇并在适宜的转化率下增量补加,可在转化率65%下有效地控制SBR的[η]和分子量分布,并与国产工业品级SBR的分子量分布非常接近;增量法与一步加入法相比,所得乳液表面张力相近;转化串为40%—70%时,SBR中结合St量为21.9%—23.0%,T_(?)为-53.5—-50℃。
The efltects of incremental addition ofn -C8H17SH,n -C10H21SH and t -C12H25SH on butadiene-styrene emulsion polymerization were studied , in order to raise the monomer conversion ratio to 65% .The results showed that the order of regulating activity of mercaptans were as follows: n-C8H17SH>n -C10H21SH >t -C12H25SH .Choosing proper mercaptan and adding it incrementally under adequate conversion ratio , the [η] value and molecular weight distribution could be regulated effectively . The surface tension of emulsion obtained by the incremental addition of mercaptan was similar to that by one step addition ,when the conversion ratio was 40%- 70%, the bound styrene in SBR was 21 .9% - 23.0% , Tg was -53.5-50°C
