摘要
目的探讨胫前复发性静脉瘀积性溃疡的较理想的治疗方法。方法对32例复发性下肢深静脉功能不全伴有溃疡患者施行内镜下静脉交通支结扎术，术后对溃疡愈合情况进行随访分析。结果29例溃疡短期内愈合，3例溃疡明显缩小。术后29例进行1年以上随访，其中21例得到3年以上随访：溃疡均愈合，无一例复发。结论内镜深筋膜下交通支结扎术安全有效，是治疗胫前复发性静脉瘀积溃疡的有效方法和重要组成部分。
Objective To investigate a therapeutic method for treatment of recurrent venous ulceration. Methods Thirty-two patients of recurrent venous ulceration received subfascial endoscopic perforcofor surgery（SEPS）. The healing of ulcer was followed up after operation. Results Twenty-nine patients were discovered healing of ulcer and 3 ulcers were diminuted, Twenty-nine patients were followed up more than 1 year, twenty-one patients were followed up more than 3 years and no recurrent case was discovered. Conclusion SEPS is safe and effective in therapy of recurrent venous ulceration.
