摘要 [目的]研究冰片-薄荷脑二元低共熔混合物对盐酸川芎嗪透皮经皮渗透的影响,考察其作为药物经皮渗透促进剂的可行性。[方法]采用Franz扩散池,以离体大鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,以紫外分光光度法测定药物含量求算累积渗透量。[结果]8%冰片-薄荷脑低共熔混合物对盐酸川芎嗪的体外经皮渗透具有较好促进作用,与对照组和氮酮组相比,渗透速率分别提高了5.8倍和4.7倍。[结论]该低共熔混合物对盐酸川芎嗪经皮渗透具有明显促进作用,是一种较好的新型促进剂,具有良好的开发应用前景。 [Objective]To study the effects of Borneol-Menthol binary eutectic mixture on transdermal permeation of tetrameth- ylpyrazine hydrochloride(TMPH)and to investigate the feasibility of traditional chinese medicine (i. e. eutectic mixture) as perme- ation enhancers of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride(TMPH). [Method]Transdermal flux of TMPH through rat skin was determined in vitro by Franz-type diffusion cells. The concentrations of TMPH in receptor compartment at specified time points were determined by UV. [Result]The transdermal fluxs of the TMPH using eutectic mixture as enhancers was 5.8 times 4.7 times that of control and azone respectively. The transdermal permeation profiles of TMPH were better fitted to zero-order processes. [Conclusion]Borneol-Menthol binary eutectic mixture is the most effective enhancer, which has the greater transdermal flux of TMPH, suggesting that Borneol-Menthol eutectic mixture is a potent permeation enhancer.
