摘要
目的:探讨钛板内固定配合颌间牵引在下颌骨骨折特别是陈旧性骨折与多发性骨折治疗中的效果。方法:采用钛板内固定与颌间牵引治疗59例下颌骨骨折的患者。结果:59例下颌骨骨折的患者采用钛板内固定配合颌间牵引治疗后骨折的复位愈合与口内咬合关系均恢复良好。结论:钛板内固定配合颌间牵引在下颌骨骨折特别是陈旧性、多发性骨折治疗中获得了满意的疗效。
Objective： 1To investigate the effect of intermaxillary traction in mandible fracture treated with Titanium Board Internal Fixation. Methods： A total of 59 cases with mandible fracture were treated with Titanium Board Internal Fixation and Intermaxiallary traction. Results： A total of 59 cases got good rigid internal fixation with intermaxillary traction and recovery of occlusion. Conclusion： Using the Titanium Board Internal Fixation and intermaxillary traction in treating the Mandible fracture can improve the living conditions of patients postoperatively, and has become a ideal method to treat Mandible fracture.
