摘要
目的观察参麦注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的效果及毒副反应及患者体力恢复状况。方法消化道肿瘤25例,肺癌19例,乳腺癌7例,非霍奇金淋巴瘤8例,软组织肉瘤3例,卵巢癌2例。根据患者的肿瘤类型、化疗方案、年龄、PS评分状况随机分为2组:治疗组在化疗同时用参麦40～60ml静滴连用15d,对照组仅施以化疗。结果治疗组34例,总有效率(CR+PR)58.8%(20/34),对照组30例,总有效率(CR+PR)36.7%(11/30)。结论参麦配合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤不仅疗效提高,且副作用减轻,患者体力恢复较快,生活质量提高。
Objective To observe the effect,side-effects and recovery of the physical condition of ShenMai injection in association with chemotherapy on the patients with malign carcinomas at the middle and late stage. Methods Twenty-five cases of alimentary tract carcinoma,19 cases of pulmonary carcinoma,7 cases of mammary carcinoma,8 cases of non-Hodgkin lymphoma,3 cases of parenchyma sarcoma and 2 cases of ovary carcinoma were randomly and averagely divided into 2 groups based on the types of carcinoma, chemotherapeutic plans, ages and PS grading. In the treatment group,40 - 60ml of ShenMai injection was constantly used once a day through intravenous drip for 15 days in the process of chemotherapy. In the control group,chemotherapy was used only. Results The total effective rate was 58. 8% （20/34）in the treatment group（34 cases） while the counterpart in the control group（30 cases）was 36.7% （11/30）. Conclusion The ShenMai injection in association with chemotherapy on the patients with malign carcinomas at the middle and late stage has a more definite and better effect with fewer side-effects. It can oromote the recovery of the physical condition and improve the living quality for the patients.
