摘要
以玻璃纤维增强尼龙66(PA66/GF)发动机传动轮为例,借助Moldflow软件分析了改变浇口位置和制件结构对注塑过程中GF分布的影响。结果表明,采用内部2个浇口的浇注方式可以得到较好的成型制件,其表观质量和力学性能优良。
With the help of the software Moldflow and taking nylon 66 (PA66)/glass fiber(GF) band wheel as an example, the influence of change of gate location or the part structure on GF distribution during the injection molding is analyzed. The results show that reasonable products with good apparent quality and excellent mechanical properties can be obtained when adopting 2 submarine gates.
