摘要
对动态全硫化共混型热塑性弹性体(TPV)的技术开发及其应用进行了评述,指出了动态全硫化技术必须注意的6个问题。简述了已工业化的热塑性乙丙橡胶和热塑性丁腈橡胶的性能及其应用。认为目前对“TPV能否取代传统的硫化橡胶”虽有异议,但TPV仍然是硫化橡胶的竞争对手,预测经20年努力,即可在橡胶工业中获得普遍应用;对国内的开发工作,目前应从重点品种的开发、高性能共混设备的配套、应用试验和扩大制品市场等方面入手,并尽快建立千吨级生产线。
The technological development and applications of the blended thermoplastic vulcanizates ( TPVs ) produced by fully dynamic vulcanization were reviewed,and 6 notable issues in dynamic vulcanization method were pointed out. The properties and applications of commercial thermoplastic EPDM and NBR were briefly reported.Some assumptions of necessary arrangements and measures were put forward for enhancing and developing domestic TPVs technologies.
