分散剂对纳米复合材料CoFe_2O_4/SiO_2的影响

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备CoFe2O4/SiO2纳米复合材料,使用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对样品的结构、晶粒尺寸和形貌进行了分析.研究了分散剂乙二醇的用量对样品的影响. CoFe2O4/SiO2 nano-composites were prepared by the sol-gel method. The structure, grain size and morphology were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope. The effct of dispersant on the sample were also presented.
