摘要
用X-射线光电子能谱法研究了羟基含量不同、链节数不同的两种羟基硅油对硅橡胶混炼胶的影响,并与理论值进行了比较。结果表明,在硅橡胶混炼过程中,接到硅橡胶主链上的羟基硅油甚少,大部分接到白炭黑表面上;链节数少的羟基硅油与白炭黑容易发生缩合脱水反应,有利于提高硅橡胶的力学性能。
The effects of two kinds of siloxane surface active agent with different content of hydroxyl groups and number of hydroxysilicone on silicone rubber compound were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ( XPS ) , which was compared with theoretical values.The results indicated that the range of optimization amounts of hydroxysilicone oil which condensed with hydroxyl groups onto the surface of gas-phase foam silica. When the number of hydroxysilicone units was less, the interaction tendency was favourable for hydroxyl groups and silica to condense and dehydrated.
