介绍了黑启动电源应具备的条件,分析了响洪甸蓄能电厂作为黑启动电源的条件,以及黑启动电源与负荷线路的配合条件,介绍了安徽电网黑启动试验的具体步骤和效果。
This paper elaborates the rules of selecting black start power supply, and analyzes the conditions of the Xianghongdian Pumped Storage Power Plant as a black start power supply, as well as the conditions of coordination between black start power supply and load circuit. The test steps and test results of the Anhui Power Grid are also introduced.
