摘要
采用H-198铁系催化剂,在φ3.4m流化床上进行丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯的实际操作。讨论了生产过程中的原料组成、反应温度、氧烯比、水烯比、丁烯空速及催化剂等因素对操作的影响。认为适宜的操作条件为:原料中异丁烯含量≤0.5%(质量),反应温度375±8℃,反应器入口压力0.039—0.059 MPa,氧烯比0.65—0.70(mol比),水烯比6—10(mol比),丁烯空速185—200h^(-1)。在此条件下,丁二烯收率可达63.25%,选择性达87.8%。
The process for oxidation dehydrogenation of butene into butadiene was carried out using H-198 ferric catalyst in a φ 3.4 m fluid-bed reactor. The factors which had effects on process opration were discussed. The proper operation conditions weres isobutylene in feed stock ≤ 0.5% ( mass ) , reaction temperature 375 ± 3 ℃, inlet pressure in the reactor 0.039-0.059 MPa, oxygen/butene 0.65-0.70 (mol), water/ butene 6-10 (mol) and space velocity of butene 185-200 h-1. Under above conditions?the yield of butadiene was 63.25% and the selectivity was 87.8%.
