摘要
研究了海藻酸钠(SA)与羧甲基纤维素(CMC)混合糊料的基本性质[成糊率、流变性(粘度和印花粘度指数)、与活性染料的反应性、与化学药品的相容性、抱水性、皮膜强度、储存稳定性、曳丝性]和实际印花效果(并与单独使用两种糊料进行比较).结果表明:m(SA)∶m(CMC)≥4∶6时,混合糊料的各项性能符合印花糊料的一般要求,可以作为活性染料的印花糊料;混合糊料的印花效果良好,改善了羧甲基纤维素渗透性、脱糊率、曳丝性差、花纹轮廓不清晰的缺点,改善了海藻酸钠PVI值过高,不适合用于大面积印花和圆平网印花的缺点.
The basic properties of mixed paste composed of sodium alginate (SA) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) were studied, including rate of paste yield, rheological property (viscosity and printing viscosity index), reactivity with reactive dyes, compatibility with chemicals, embracing water performance, strength of membrane, storage stability and filament dragging ability. The practical printing effect of the mixed paste was also compared with the single two paste. The results indicated that the properties of mixed paste met the general demands of printing paste when m(SA):m(CMC)≥4:6. The mixed paste could be used in reactive printing and has good printing effect. The disadvantages of CMC like poor permeability, paste removal, filament dragging ability and blur design figure were improved. The shortcoming of sodium alginate not appropriate to big area printing and rotary screening due to its high PVI value was also improved.
