摘要
采用模拟生产装置的三釜连续聚合流程,在5L聚合釜中,研究了聚合温度对镍系顺丁橡胶(BR)力学行为的影响。当A1/B=0.300—0.500(mol比)、首釜聚合温度为60—70℃、末釜聚合温度为70—80℃时,首末两釜BR质量均一,力学行为较好。当首釜为50—60℃,末釜不超过70℃时,BR的微观结构为:顺式-1,4稍大于96%;反式-1,4为1.6%—1.9%;1,2-结构为1.6%—2.0%。当聚合温度为50—70℃时,可得无支化的BR。
The influence of polymerization temperature on the internal quality of nickel catalyzed cis-polybutadiene rubber (BR) was investigated by conducting the polymerizatioa in a continuous three-reactor series, with each reactor having the same volume of 5 L. When the mole ratio of Al ( i-Bu ) 3 to BF3 · OEt2 was 0.300-0.500, the temperatures of the first reactor ( T1 ) and the last reactor ( T3 ) were 60-70℃ and 70-80℃, respectively, BR obtained from the first and the last reactors possessed uniform quality, when T1 and T3 were 50-60℃ and less than 70℃, respectively, the microstructure of BR obtained was as follows: cis-1 , 4-units, 96%; trans- 1 , 4 -units, 1,6%-1,9%; and 1,2-units, 1.6%-2%. When the polymerization temperature was 50-70℃, the non-branched BR would be produced.
