摘要
通过对５３６例食管癌术后患者１～４年的随访，发现癌旁食管切除长度从１至１０ｃｍ以上时，复发率为２０．０％至０％，转移率为６５．０％至１１．７％，死亡率为４０．０％至８．８％，未发现转移及复发的“无瘤”生存率为２５．０％至８８．２％，表明癌旁食管切除长度与术后复发，转移，死亡率呈负相关，而与生存率呈正相关。
In the paper is studied the ralation between the resected length of the above and below the esophageal carcinoma and the post - operative recurrece rate, metastasis rate or mortality rate. 536 cases of post - operative patients with esophageal carcinoma were followed up for 1 to 4 years.The results showed that the recurrence rate was 20.0%~0%, the metastasis rate 65.0% ~ 11.7%, the mortality rate 40.0% ~ 8.8%,and the survival rate 25.0% ~ 88.2% for those who had no metastasis and recurrence while the length of the resected esophagus above and below the carcinoma was 1 ~ 10 and more than 10cm respectively. It suggests that the length of resectal esopagus be negatively related to recurrence rate,metastasis rate and mortality rate, but positively related to survival rate for the post - operative patients with esophageal carcinoma.
