摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定闽产柑桔果皮中橙皮甙的含量，为评价和开发利用柑桔果皮资源提供科学依据。橙皮甙用甲醇提取，采用ＷａｔｅｒｓＮｏｖａ－ＰａｋＣ１８柱、甲醇－水（３６∶６４）为流动相、检测波长２８４ｎｍ。回收率、精密度满意，被测峰经检测为单一的纯物质峰。本法简便、准确、可行。
The content of hesperidin in peels of Fujian produced citrus has been determined with the method of RP HPLC. It provides the scientific evidence for the evaluation and the exploitation of citrus peels resources.The hesperidin is extracted with methanol.The Waters Nova Pak C 18 and methanol water(36∶64)are used as mobile phase and the detecting wavelength is 284mm.The retrieving rate and the precision are satisfied. The detected peak is a single pure material peak.The method is simple,exact and practical.
