摘要
为了寻找更安全、可靠的治疗前列腺增生症的方法，我院从１９９５年６月起，对３０名良性前列腺增生症患者，采用８０５ｎｍ半导体激光器，行经尿道激光前列腺切除术。随访３个月至１年，其中２５例疗效满意，４例症状较术前有不同程度的改善，１例失败。经尿道激光前列腺切除术操作简单、安全，不出血，组织汽化、凝固效果佳，恢复快，痛苦小。
Thirty patients with benign prostatic hyerplasia have been treated by transurethral diode laser prostectomy (TUDLP) in our hospital since June 1995. All cases were followed up for 6～12 months. There were 25 cases satisfied, 4 cases improved and 1 case failed. It is considered as a therapeutic modality safe for patients, easy to operate, little bleeding, more effective in coagulation and vaporization compared with other lasers, rapid recovery and less painful.
