摘要
利用90/10刀口法测量高斯激光光斑尺寸及光束束腰尺寸,克服了传统方法过程繁杂的缺点,精度高、效率高,操作简单。
The spot size and beam waist of laser are important parameters for assessing the performance of lasers. Using the 90/10 knife-edge method, the precision measurement of the spot size and beam waist of laser are discussed. The knife-edge method lavoiding the complicated process of traditional measurement,is accurate, effective and simple.
