摘要
HC-402-2型催化剂为四组分苯加氢均相催化剂.第一组分为有机酸镍(主催化剂),第二组分为烷基铝(助催化剂),由上述两组分构成的催化剂属于原子态金属催化剂,其活性极不稳定,反应周期(寿命)很短。在原子态金属催化剂的基础上,评选出了最佳配位体第三组分,研制成功金属配位体催化剂,其活性稳定性和反应周期与原子态金属催化剂相比较有极大改善,使反应周期大大增长。同时还发现了第四组分促进剂,使催化剂的活性明显提高,反应速度明显加快。HC-402-2型催化剂的开发应用提高了装置的安全、技术水平和经济效益。
HC-402-2 catalyst is nomogeneous benzene hydrogenation catalyst composed of 4compositions.The first component is nickel organic salt(the main catalyst),and thesecond is alkyl aluminium(the auxilliary catalyst).The catalyst composed of the abore two parts is atomized metallic catalyst.Its activity is very unstable,its reactive cycle(life period)is very short.On the basis of atomized metallic cata-lyst,the best coordination component as a third one was selected,the metalliccoordination catalyst has been successfully made.Its activity and stability comparedwith atomized metallic catalyst was greatly improved.Its reactive cycle(life)wasgreatly increased.Meanwhile,for the find of a promotor as a fourth one,theactivity of the new catalyst obviously increases,its reactive rate is distinctly faster.HC-402-2 catalyst used in the commercial size for a long time sows that itsproperties have reached and even surpassed the advanced level of the internationalsame type of catalyst.
