摘要
腈纶湿丝束染色是充分利用湿丝束结构疏松、纤维内部存在大量微孔的特点,在较低的温度下和极短的时间内完成的染色过程.本文叙述了腈纶湿丝束染色的原理、工艺流程、主要工艺条件、生产装置特点、染料的选用原则,并介绍了生产实例和产品的纺织应用实例。
Making use of the loose and porous structures and a lot of micro holes in thefiber,acrylic wet tows can be dyed under a low temperature in a very short time.In this paper,the dyeing principles,process,main conditions,features of the dyeingequipment and the selection of dyestuff have been described,and the examples ofindustrial production and textile application also have been presented.
