摘要
通过测定纺程上的张应力及细旦初生丝的双折射和密度等,研究了涤纶细旦长丝在常规纺丝速度下的可纺性。发现细旦初生丝的取向度随单丝纤度减小而增大,结晶度则随单丝纤度减小而减小。试验还表明,初生丝纤度越小,其冷却长度越短。并进一步论述了纺程上的张应力与双折射之间的关系基本上符合 Hamane 公式(△n=7.8×10^(-10)σ)。在常规纺速下,细旦纺丝的流变阻力较常规纺丝的流变阻力大,细旦纺丝的熔体温度应控制在288—290℃,侧吹风速度应选择在0.20—0.30m/min 较宜。
Through measuring the spinning line stress,birefringence and density etc.,thespinnability of PET filament yarn with fine denier under conventional spinningspeed was studied.It is found that as the denier of single filament yarn decreases,the crystallinity decreases while the orientation of as-spun yarn increases.The testresults also show that the finer the denier of the as-spun yarn,the shorter thelength for cooling.Furthermore,the discussions are presented in this paper that therelatiship between the spinning line stress and birefringence still fit basicallyHemana formulation(△n=7.8×10^(-10)).It is considered that at the conventionalspinning speed,the theological resistance of the spinning with fine denier is greaterthan that of conventional spinning,the melt temperature should be within 288—290℃,quench air velocity is within 0,20—0.30m/min,
