摘要
建立现代企业制度是当前中国新闻传媒参与市场竞争的基本条件,由于中国新闻传媒的特殊性,目前中国新闻传媒的市场身份兼备经济和政治的二元内核,它是"党委领导与法人治理结构"相结合的"双法人"主体。这种"双法人"主体身份的获得缘自中国新闻体制变革中国家主导下的渐进式制度变迁模式,它通过我国新闻传媒社会主义影响力经济市场竞争"义"、"利"的二元取向体现出来。
To establish a modern corporation system is a postulate for Chinese news media to compete in the market. The market identity of Chinese news media possesses duality, uniting economic and political attributes. Media is a" double agent" corporation, a combination of party committee and corporate management. The "double agent" identity is due to the al characters in competition, gradual reform in China' s journalist system under national control. It embodies the duprofitability and social responsibility.
