摘要
以鼻翼对偶三角瓣法结合鼻翼软骨悬吊桥治单侧唇裂术后继发小鼻孔畸形16例，取得满意效果。阐述了唇裂术后继发小鼻孔畸形的原因及鼻翼对偶三角辩修复的手术方法。证明这一方法治疗唇裂术后继发小鼻孔畸形损伤小、效果好。
16 cases of the secondary small nostril deformities of the unilateral cleft lip were treated by Z-plasty anasi and suture fixation of the alar cartilages to its accompanier on noncleft side. The results were satisfactorv. The article described the operative technique and analysed the cause of small nostril. The practice proved that the technique could treat the post-operative secondary small nostril deformities of cleft lip with little damage andgood results.
