摘要 分析了正六边形蜂窝纸芯的边长值对蜂窝纸压溃性能的影响.首先引入蜂窝纸的压缩机理并将压溃过程分为4个阶段.其次建立了蜂窝纸分析模型,在有限元MSC.MARC中进行屈曲分析并得到蜂窝纸的压溃变形过程,同时对该过程进行实验验证.最后通过比较不同边长值的蜂窝纸的压溃情况,发现边长值对蜂窝纸压溃性能影响起到非常重要的作用,为蜂窝纸进一步分析提供帮助. The impact of side length value of honeycomb core on compression characteristics of honeycomb paperboard was analyzed. Firstly, the compressing principle of honeycomb paperboard and then the compression process was divided into four stages. Secondly, analysis model of honeycomb paperboard was established. Analytical model of honeycomb paperboard were built by FEA software, MSC. MARC and the compression process was obtained. Meanwhile, this process was validated by experiments. Finally, by comparing the compression situation of honeycomb paperboard with various side lengths, it is demonstrated that side length has a great impact on the compression performance of honeycomb paperboard.
