摘要
介绍了国内外热风炉用耐火材料的现状,指出其存在的主要问题是蓄热能力低。通过热工计算得出,要提高热风炉的供热能力,就需要增大格子砖的密度、恒压比热容和导热系数,镁质材料符合这一要求。通过相图分析说明镁质材料与氧化铁配比后又获得了较好的高温性能,所以MgO-MgO·Fe2O3系耐火材料是作为热风炉蓄热室格子砖的理想材料。
An introduction has been made on the present situation of refractory used in hot blast stove. One of their main problems is that the heat storage ability is low. The results of thermal calculation have shown that it is necessary to increase the density of checkers, specific heat capacity at constant pressure and thermal conductivity in order to enhance the heat supply of hot blast stove. Magnesia materials conform to this demand. Based on the analysis of phase diagram, it is pointed out that magnesia materials may obtain good high temperature properties by mixing with ferric oxide. So MgO-MgO· Fe2O3 refractory are excellent materials as checkers used in regenerators of hot blast stove.
