摘要
本文提出了将低温等离子体用于羊毛织物印花的预处理加工,并从低温等离子体对羊毛表面的作用而引起的羊毛润湿性能、染色性能的变化,及从印花工艺原理等角度进行了讨论。低温等离子体预处理,可得到得色深且均匀的印花效果,而印花色牢度不受影响。
In this paper, a low temperature plasma pretreatment is developed for conventional printing of wool fabrics. Due to the action of plasma on wool, wettability and dyeing property of wool are changed, by means of the principle of printing, is explained. Through low temperature plasma pretreatment, deeper colour yields which good evenness of printing are obtained, and the fastness is not influenced.
