摘要
为了能科学地控制和稳定纺织厂半制品的回潮率,作者在梳棉工序进行了对生产过程中可能影响生条回潮率的各因素测试,利用微机进行多元回归分析,求得表达它们之间关系的数学模式。通过对回归方程回归系数的t检验及进一步分析,知道影响生条回潮率的主要因素是喂入品的初始回潮率和纤维周围的小气候。
In order to get scientific controlliflg of the moisture regain of semi-product in spinning mill, the authors have conducted several tests in carding process on the factors which could have effect on the moisture regain of the sliver. By means of multiple-factor regressive analysis with micro-computer, the authors find out the mathematical model which could express the relationship between them. Through t-test of the coefficient of regressive equation and further analysing, it is found out(?)that the main fa(?)tors having effect on the moisture regain of sliver are the moisture regain of the primary product and the micro-climate around the fibres.
