摘要
目的：介绍氩激光小梁成形术治疗开角型青光眼的方法与结果。方法：对12例19眼开角型青光眼包括原发开角型青光眼11例18眼（其中外引流术后复发2例2眼），房角后退继发青光眼1例1眼行氩激光小梁成形术（ALT）。结果：治前眼压：31．21±2．20mmg，C值：0．13±0．02；治后经8～18个月随诊眼压：18．42±4．13mmg，C值：0．19±0．03，统计学处理有显著意义，治疗前、后视力、视野对比无显著意义。结论：ALT安全、有效，为开角型青光眼的治疗提供了一条新途径。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the methods and results of open-angle glaucoma treated by argon laser trabeculoplasty (ALT) o METHODS 19 eyes of 12 cases of open angle glaucoma were treated with ALT,including primary open-angle glaucoma 18 eyes of 11 cases (2 eyes of 2 cases were failed after fitration operation of glaucoma) and recessed-angle glaucoma 1 eye of 1 case. RESULTS:Before treatment tension: 31. 21±2. 20mmg, coefficient of aqueous outflow (c):0. 13±0. 02 and followed up 8-18 months after treatment tension: 18. 42±4. 13mmg, (c): 0. 19±0. 03. There're statiscally significant difference. There' re no statis cafly significant difference on vision and visual field. CONCLUSIONS:ALT is safe and satisfactory. It's a new way for treating the open-angle glaucoma.
