本文分析了几种挤出螺杆的结构、参数及其使用性能。这些螺杆包括HMW-HDPE挤出吹膜用分离—混炼型螺杆、聚烯烃挤出用分离—混炼型螺杆及聚烯烃挤出吹塑用混炼型螺杆。它们具有产量高、熔体温度低及过程稳定性好等优点.
The geometries, paramaters and performances of several extrusion screws are analyzed in this paper.These scrws are barrier-making screw for HMWHDPE extrusion blown-film,barrier-mixing screws for polyolefin extrusion and mixing screws for polyolefin blow moulding. These screws have the advantages of high output,low melt temperature and good stabitity, etc.
