摘要
用气流粉碎的方法,由国产优质大理石可制得超细重质碳酸钙,由此制备用于聚烯烃的高性能填充母料。本文报告了这种碳酸钙的组成和特征,以及由它制备母料的生产工艺,研究了母料的基本性质和应用。
The superfine calcium carbonate of puperior quality are obtained from calcites by means of high velocity air crushing and are very suitable for making high performance master batches of modifying polyolefins.In this paper the composition and characterization of this kind of calcium carbonate are reported. The technical process for manufacturing masterbatches filled with the superfine calcium carbonate is described, and basic properties and application of them are studied.
