摘要
文章提出了对滚珠丝杠额定动负载的简便设计计算方法,简化了对普通车床进行数控化改造的设计计算过程,同时也可避免因滚珠丝杠工作状态参数选取的不合理而造成的传动元件过早失效或强度严重过剩等问题。
This paper gives a simple method to design the dynamic load rating of balls screw. This method simplifies the design course of restructuring the plain lather into NC. Meanwhile, it will prevent from premature failure analysis of the transmission components or critical surplus of intensity, which causes from unreasonable selection on the working condition parameter of balls screw.
