摘要
研究了国内市场上行销的几种新型补强填充剂的性能与补强机理.并结合同常规用补强填充剂的实验对比,阐述了新型补强填充剂的配合特点和加工工艺性能。
The properies and reinforcing action of new fillers such as clay,ultrafine whiting,YB-T671 semi-reinforcement powder, reinforcing whiting were studied.The experimental results show that various filler in the order of decreasing reinforcing action are: carbon black>silica>ultrafine whiting> YB-T671 semi-reinforcement powder>stearic acid>treated preciplated cacium carbonate.The compounding technique and technical properies of new fillers were discussed accordingly.
